Hyde Park

Hyde Park Spanishtown Creek

Hyde Park Spanishtown Creek is a historic, affluent neighborhood (In ZIP 33606), known for its scenic Bayshore Boulevard, 1920s architecture, and high walkability. Located along Hillsborough Bay, it features charming residential streets near Old Hyde Park Village, offering a mix of luxury homes, trendy boutiques, and high-end dining. The area is named after a late-18th-century Spanish-speaking fishing village, Spanishtown, which was located along a creek emptying into Hillsborough Bay. In January 2023, the Hyde Park Historic District was officially expanded to include 184 additional buildings within the Spanishtown Creek area, ensuring their preservation.



Palma Ceia

Palma Ceia is a historic and highly sought-after neighborhood in South Tampa, known for its iconic brick-lined streets, lush tree canopy, and proximity to the scenic Bayshore Boulevard and Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club, Tampa's oldest private golf club, founded in 1916. The neighborhood is characterized by a blend of classic bungalows and Mediterranean-style architecture, with street names inspired by old Havana.
